Does Penfield accept people that are on the National Sex Offender Registry?

No. Due to our visitation policy, which allows minors to visit clients and the fact that our program frequently participates in events that are restricted by the sex offender registries requirements, Penfield is not permitted to provide services to those that are currently listed on the registrar. However, individuals are welcomed to contact our facility so that we may provide appropriate referrals.
